Submitting a request is not a reservation. A rental begins only after BER confirms the details and the customer accepts applicable rental terms.
Using this website
These Terms & Conditions describe the use of BER's website and its online rental inquiry process. They do not replace a signed or otherwise accepted equipment rental agreement. Using the website does not create an equipment booking.
Listed rental equipment
BER is currently taking inquiries for a Kubota U17-5 Mini Excavator, Kubota L2502 Compact Tractor, 14-Foot Hydraulic Dump Trailer and Utility Trailer. Availability and exact specifications are subject to verification. The mini skid steer is not currently offered.
Requests and confirmation
Visitors can provide an equipment choice, dates, duration, location, contact details and delivery preferences. Website submissions are saved for BER to review; an automatic acknowledgment does not reserve equipment.
A rental is confirmed only after BER responds and the parties agree to specific equipment, dates, pricing, availability, pickup/delivery arrangements and applicable rental documents.
Rental pricing and payments
Website rates are proposed and subject to final approval. An individual quote can include rental fees, taxes, attachments, transport, and other clearly agreed charges. The Utility Trailer rental price has not been confirmed.
The proposed standard local transport charge shown elsewhere is $150 per one-way trip, or $300 for an outbound delivery and return pickup, subject to distance, eligibility, scheduling and BER approval. This website does not process payments or establish any undisclosed deposit, fee or refund policy.
Delivery, pickup and towing
BER reviews delivery or pickup requests based on actual addresses, road and jobsite access, requested dates, transport availability and equipment size. Customers should accurately disclose relevant restrictions such as gate width, slopes, ground conditions and unloading needs.
Trailer towing and loading require confirmation of the trailer's specifications, the vehicle's suitability and any applicable requirements.
Responsible equipment use
Any rental is subject to the operating, inspection, return, maintenance, damage, loss, insurance and safety obligations in the agreed rental contract and applicable law. Equipment must be used lawfully by suitably qualified and competent persons in safe conditions.
Customers should review operating manuals and seek appropriate training where needed. BER may decline equipment requests that cannot be safely or reasonably fulfilled.
Changes, cancellations and extensions
Changes to dates, rental extensions, late returns and cancellations should be discussed directly with BER. Any deadlines, penalties, refunds or extension fees must come from the specific agreed rental terms, not assumptions based on the website.
Content and manufacturer references
BER website copy and visual design are provided for customer information. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is not permitted except as allowed by law. Manufacturer names belong to their respective owners. Illustrative or AI-generated images may not represent the actual rental unit.
Privacy and personal information
Form submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include payment cards, identification numbers or passwords in website inquiry forms. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the dedicated form on the Privacy Policy page.
Applicable law and contact
BER serves rental inquiries in Bonsall, California. Applicable California law and other mandatory consumer protections may govern website or rental issues. Any confirmed rental remains subject to the accepted quotation and rental agreement. Contact BER through the Contact page and review the Website Disclaimer for image, equipment and pricing notices.
